Oh My gosh, only 8 day, as I typ!!! WE HAD An AMAZING TIME last weekend in San Salvador, we went to the mall with karla, and then the beach with Marcelas parents. When we went shopping, we rode coaster busses all over town, to me, they drive so fast that it feels like your going on a roller coaster. First, we went to a store called SILOA, and it had some really cute shirts, then, we walked a couple blocks, and went into a store called TOTAL FASHION! Again, more shirts, i was having a really hard time finding pants, so at the next store, i tryed on tons of really crazy pants. We only had one more store to go to so, i decided to try and buy pants in ak! At last, we took a coaster to the mall, and got something to eat, and went shoe shopping, i got a really cute pair, and my mom and dad bought vienna and i really expensive and awesome cleats for our birthday!! To finish off the day, we had dinner with friends, went back to the house, got ready to go to the bech, and went too bed. The Next day: At the beach, the tide was too high, but we got to go in the pool, and walk down the beach, it was a blast, i better go, Noelle

Yesterday we went to the water park adlantis! It was sooooooo much fun! It had a wave pool,a river all around the water park,a great big purple slide that made your stomach drop,a red tunnel slide,a blue tube slide,a drop of yellow slide,a drop of green slide and a bowl slide! Then it had a kitty area that treava loved! And I have to say( it was sort of fun!) that was definatly my favorite water park we have been to it was so natural yet amazingly big! As soon as i steped of the bus I knew this would be a amazing day! when we entered we were all shocked, no one was there (it was a though we had rented it out!) the guy told us that since we were the only ones there we just had to tell them and they would turn on what ever we wanted! We quickly decided too do the river and ask the guy to turn it on,he said just a sec,and soon the wave pool came on,we figured out that some how he had misunderstood us(witch has never happened before espically with our awsome-not spanish!) but the wave pool turned out to be just the perfect start to a perfect day! The waves were as big(if not biger) as the ones in the ocen! Next we hit the kitty area for treava, she loved it! After that we went on the river and this time he understood! Then we finally hit the slides and boy were they fun!
cant wait to see all of you,

easter

Hey everyone,
wow! Two weeks left! I'm gonna tell you about Easter here, it is quite a event! There is one week of vacation before Easter Sunday, almost every day everyone goes to church and there are procession's which are: when tons of peoples jam the streets singing, praying, and socializing! They carry ,torches, dolls and much more! One day we even watched dolls kissing! The most beautiful one(I thought) was the one were Sawdust-sand-salt art lined the streets! There was sawdust on the bottom and a sand and colored salt mix on the top. There was one, that was just well stunning it was a picture of Mary and Jesus. It was stunning! Also to watch it go up in and hour and then be destroyed in a hour was quite amazing, yet sad.On Easter Sunday we went to the finca(farm) of some very poor but nice people,it was amazing to see the kids smiles why they played, water balloon fights, found eggs, and cracked eggs over peoples heads! so as you get from this entry Easter was completely different but nice in its own way! For me it was a little hard to understand since we are not catholic but the streets filled with torches was still pretty! I hope all is well in AK and cant wait to be back!
